My son died at birth and we had him burried in the local grave yard and I see him alot but my life is taking turns I never expected and I have alot of thoughts about leaving the town I am in. Should I feel guilty about leaving where my son is? I know I have to think about my life as it is now but I wouldn't be there to visit him all the time.

That burial site is only where your son's remains lie. If you left town, you would not be leaving your son. Your son can be with you wherever you decide to go. His spirit lives on through you. Besides, you can always come back and visit the site whenever you want, I'm sure. Keep his memory alive and you'll never be leaving him.

since my dad died 4 years ago, I always feel guilty because I haven't visit his grave for 3 years.. the reason is that I had to move far away from my home country, but i'm sure my dad will understand and want the best for my life.. so, u shouldn't feel guilty about that, at least u can visit him sometimes, unlike me ..
i'm sure your son understands.. :)

It never goes away.....thinking about your son will always be with you. How long ago did his death take place? They say not to make major moves after such a tragedy....to wait a while before making big decisions. But that's "they". In my opinion it is your life, your son will always be with you....go...go....go..... remember him with joy in your heart.
