I've had a six-pack since i was 14, if you have a slow metabolism it makes it harder to lose weight but not impossible! For a six pack the answer is sit-ups, do as many as you can, some music helps for motivation then try and double it the next day, keep doing that daily till you get results and eating protein or a creatine suppliment helps. just make sure you keep doing some every now and again for maintinance or it will go soft. also finish up facing left then swap to right and so on. this is to make the muscle development even all round.
