In order to alter a PDF file, you will either need to use a full version of Adobe Acrobat (not the reader) or use a program such as Solid Converter PDF which will allow you to convert your PDF to a word document and then you can edit/fill in a form, etc.

Technically no. PDF's effect from advent from yet another rfile format. Say you've MS be conscious and Adobe Acrobat time-honored put in. you may want to create your rfile in be conscious then print it to PDF via Distiller. once you've the pro version you may edit the PDF and create/upload fields or interactive aspects contained in the PDF even though it would not function like a common be conscious processor.
