Just wondering if he's in some special sort of rich club that has different tax laws to the rest of us.

Very little if he has a good accountant. Most of his money will be in trusts for his children.
Rich people don't pay tax, they pay accountants.

Exactly - he will pay none. His inheritors will pay many, many millions of pounds.
Some of it will be sheltered, without a doubt.
But it will be a big bite.
