My cousin has a wife who is Jamaican he is British they have lived apart for a while but are still working things out . I just found out that the police called him this afternoon because she was found working illegally in her name but false ork permit he thought that she could work part time but she had been working full time for a long while. She was due to return to her country Dec 07 so that he could re apply for her to stay here as per the UK rules. They have been married for four years but her family keeps making financial demards on her back home so that was a cancer in their relationship.

The question is what will happen to her now as she is in the police station and what will happen to her when she is returned to Jamaica also is his he in trouble ?

Wonder why he didn't sponsor her before now, they've been married 4 yrs. Nothing will happen to her when she goes back home, she just have to live her life there without him for a while

He won't be in trouble. Unfortunately, it is very likely that the wife will be held in detention until she can be removed to Jamaica. More seriously, she may be charged with an offence if she has used some kind of false documentation. If she is convicted, she may go to prison and then be deported following a court order. Being deported is not the same as "administrative removal", if she is deported it will be extremely difficult for her to ever return to the UK. Being removed would not prevent her returning on a marriage visa as long as all the conditions were met, although you could expect the authorities to look at everything in tedious detail, and maybe have to go to appeal to get it.

You should get proper legal advice as soon as possible.

Nothing will happen to her back in Jamaica. She's from there and she'll just have to resume her life there. It's her problem.
