I've been doing a series of seascapes, my last one was a sunset @ 30"x 36" or so. Also been doing some plein air painting. Love it.

I recently completed a portrait for a family who lost their son (an ARMY Sgt.) in Afganistan. Their story was featured in the college paper that their son attended and after hearing of the portrait, decided to do an update on the family's story plus they also will be interviewing me at the presentation. Although i've only been painting with oils for about three years and have painted other subjects it feels good to be able to do something special for someone. My art can be checked out at hellosanantonio.com under artist name ''Guerro'' in the local artist section.

I love plein air painting.....I sell more paintings to passersby and usually take home just a sketch.

Right now I'm working on a back lit pond scape with a grassy shoreline on which are nested 2 white geese.
