Both answers above me recommend squat but I don't recommend squat because you want stronger kick and squat will not give you stronger kick. Squat will make your thigh bigger but it will slow your kick down so you will have a heavier weapon but the swing is slower so the impact is the same. There is another way to make your thigh bigger but won't slow you down and it work for me. Run with a weight on your back. I run 5 sets of 100yards with my girlfriend on my back...Make sure you warm up first with no weight on your back. Three times per week.

I incredibly doubt it is a backbone challenge. But it's most probably, that due to the fact that you determine such a lot, you are constructing extra muscle and also you simply feel it is fats. Don't obsess over it. Let your frame do what it is going to. Just devour safely, and do not over do the paintings outs.

If you want to kick stronger, larger muscles are not necessary. You just need to learn the proper mechanics for kicking techniques.

do squats twice a week. if size is your only concern, work rotating rep ranges of 6-8, 9-12, 13-15, and 16-20.

I agree with the squats answers. Add deadlifts too. You want to build up your strength and not just your technique. You could even add sled work and ankle weights. Be careful with ankle weights though. Too much of that and it could screw with muscle memory. P.S. I'm a personal trainer.

Here's a plan for you to get huge thighs:

Workout:

Monday light squats with lots of reps.

Wednesday: Hang cleans.

Friday: Heavy squats:

And get a lot of protein. I mean eat a ton of healthy protein and carbs. Whey protein shakes are great.
