I'll take the bait...I guess there's some answers...:
Red- I guess to symbolize the Blood of Jesus? Or to signify all the blood he took?
Black- We all love that color...it's the color of night, of Darth Vader's outfit, etc.
Green- since he made most of everything green...
Blue- 'Cause of the sky?

Oh god, what a stupid question. Since you imagine what god would be like anyway, why don't you just assign whatever color you want?

Purples and reds are mentioned for royalty but remember, that is a manmade thing
