The girl is 13 and he got in an arguement with her and her parents are divorced and it was the dads weekend and the mom was currently not home and the dad was suppose to drop the girl off but they ended up going back to his house and they got in an arguement and he just said leave and he got her luggage and gave it to her and closed the door on her..

It sounds like Dad was mad because Mom was not home and he had something better to do and took it out on the daughter.
I hope she tells her Mother about this. The only trouble is if he pays child support. If she does not go see him any more then he will not pay it and this could make a hardship on the mother.
I would not want to go back. My Mom would have to drag me! The Dad would have to tell me he was really sorry or I would have a problem even speaking to him again.
This is a full grown man and should act like one. He was acting like a child and maybe that is the reason that they are divorced in the first place. I feel for the daughter and if I were her I would never go back to see him!

You didn't say how old the daughter is, and that will make all the difference in the world. Over 18, nothing will happen to the father, under that, anything from nothing to being charged with child endangerment. Age determines everything in this case.

Child endangerment and other related charges. Even if she was violent, he could have called the police to have cause as to her behavior. Simply kicking her out means nothing. I hope he enjoys the court system.

Depends on what she was doing and how old she is.They may put HER in juvenile hall.
