how do i deal w/ my nieces who have babies @a young age?

well i baby sat one since she was about 9/10 yrs old .she has a boyfriend,no job to supprt their baby . oh my ,i'm an aunty who is scarified of this situation . she was 14 i think when she had the baby . her body was just forming into a young girl . /lady .
