I use about 1/3 cup (at least) either Louisiana Hot Sauce or Frank's, 6 Tbsp. butter, and a packet of Good Seasonings Italian dressing powder. Don't leave out that dressing mix, it adds zip.

I use Frank's Redhot sauce and combine it with melted butter (the amount depends on how hot you like the wings). Add a tiny bit of vinegar for zip, and some garlic powder to taste. Yum!

HOT SAUCE FOR CHICKEN WINGS
1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing
1 1/2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 tsp. celery salt
1 c. water
1 c. ketchup
3 tsp. ginger
Mix all ingredients in a quart jar. Refrigerate. Pour over already cooked wings and put under broiler for a few minutes. Also good on steaks or roasts.

You will need:
28 oz. Hunts tomato sauce
4 oz. hot sauce
2 sticks butter
Garlic & onion powder to taste
Melt the butter. Add tomato sauce and hot sauce, then add garlic and onion powders to taste. Simmer for 2 hours. Yummy!
