Creationists are quite possibly the dumbest people on the planet. They don't understand science at all, but somehow pretend to. I was able to look at a Creationist textbook from Kansas and it was the most hilarious thing I had ever read.

It stated that all mammals evolved from the pair of weasels on Noah's Ark and that all different races of humans evolved from the eight people in Noah's Ark. Why? Because God loves variety.

So they're telling you that within a few thousand years, eight people procreated enough so that they covered all ends of the globe, changed their skin color, and then forgot where they came from and imagined their own versions of how the world was formed. Creationists are willing to use evolution to fill plot holes in their Noah's Ark story, despite being physically impossible for evolution to act that fast, considering it takes millions upon millions of years instead of thousands.

But wait, what did the Catholic Church tell people about Creationism before the theory of evolution was able to fill in the gaps? Nothing, just believe it on blind faith.

If you use logic and empirical thought you will realize the entire religious creation concept is flawed. The only way you can actually believe in God is to believe in something with no proof simply because other people do and it either makes you feel good doing so, or you're too afraid to ponder the alternative.

as far as I know, from a philosophical point of view God's existence has been proven. but that is just pure logic, with no connection to real world

Agree with Pangel. You must first define "the God concept".

It's logically imperative that there is a God. You think all this came about by chance? That I can't understand.
