It's not big or anything. If I stand up straight there is a pooch, but if I slouch I look FAT FAT FAT! I'm 5'4" and 135lbs.

Lay on your back and either hold on to someones ankles or tuck your hands under your hiney and lift your legs together at a 90 degree angle and hold for 3 seconds. Do 3 sets of 20 and add 10 more every week. Man my abs never looked so good when I did this, also alot of protein in your diet (fish) and veggies. =)

jumping rope bcuz it works ALL parts of ur body (ncluding ur abs.), and it will make u lose 23 calories per minute! push ups work ur abs, ur arms, and ur chest. tire jumps work too (u just pretend like there are 4 tires that u are hoping into.)
