Advantages:

1. You know how to manage your own drink and food intake.

2. You can make money by working at a gym or hospital etc.

3. You can give your family and friends helpful advice.

Disadvantages:

1. Everyone may start bugging you for dietary advice.

2. You have to keep studying to keep up with the play.

3. You don't have any excuses for eating the wrong food.

Depends if you make the wheetabix with milk or not. If you're not using atleast 1/2 cup- 1 cup of milk in you're weetabix then i'd reccomend the porridgae since theres milk in it (calcium) but instead of making it with 1/2 water make it with "all" milk. Hope i'v helped goodluck! - try adding 1 tbsp cinnamain to you're oatmeal! And if you're having weetabix try adding "hot" milk ontop with a tbsp of cinnamain/ and or dried fruit & you're banana. Basically both are the same health- wize. You cannot compare.
