Well, this is a very open ended question. First, it would matter as to what skill the person casting the incantation has, what kind of spell specifically it is, and what was used to cast the spell. If you have more information available, i can give you a more direct answer.
If it is a psychic-based spell (no tools) then, you can just focus yourself to break the effect.
If it is a control/binding spell (usually cast on stones in the vicinity) then all you have to do is throw the affected items into a body of moving water.

Spells and hexes do exist, but only because satan puts the thought in the mind. The mind can play a multi existence it runs to and fro believing and not believing.........all part of satans strategy he KNOWS this and uses it against us.

You cannot. And if you are a Christian, you don't need to. Spells cast against a true Christian get blown back in the face of the one trying to make the spell, and they are drained. They are punished for trying to do so against a Christian.

sure it is got rid of and you would be able to take care of your self from having it take place returned the destiny. i might propose a white gentle spell, a cleansing ritual, or maybe a protection spell.
