Its all based around a balanced diet, good rest, and of course working out. You need an equal amount of all three. You can't do one without the other and expect changes. But a great video to buy is P90X workout DVD. It is centered around muscle confusion, which is good because you don't want to Plato, and it is cheap. First of all- exercise is the answer to your question. Sits ups are GREAT for getting great abs, and walking, jogging, and dancing and great for getting your legs muscular. As for your arms, pull ups do it all. Swimming will get both your arms and legs strong, and it can also help to build your abs. Good luck and best wishes!

Technically, you can't. You have a finite number of muscle fibers, and you will never have any more. You can make those muscles bigger, though. They will hypertrophy, or increase in size, with exercise. Repeated contractions against resistance (i.e., weights) will increase muscle mass.

go rollerblading...i did that for like 3 days a week for a few weeks and my legs got huge, not to mention rock hard calfs

run for about an hour a day, bring ur ipod or w/e and if u aint got a bf then look around for hot guys : ). lol. it works for me plus i kinda have to for cheerleading but w/e. so yeah. try it!

buy those ankle weights that you strap on your ankles and go find stairs that you can go up and down on or go for a jog with them and if your looking for building muscle fast you can dum bells and do squats with them
