This is the turkey meatloaf I'm making tonight:

1 lb lean ground turkey
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs (I use Italian-style)
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup white onion, finely chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 tsp dried herbs (rosemary & thyme, or a mixture of Italian herbs)

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into one or two loaves and place on a lightly greased pan. If desired, drizzle with ketchup or HP sauce. Bake at 425° for 45 minutes.

turkey meatloaf

Ingredients

16 oz ground turkey
1 cup red peppers, chopped
1/2 medium-sized onion
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper, red or cayenne
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
Dash of salt
1 tbsp tomato ketchup (optional)
1 large egg
1 tsp black pepper

Directions
You will need a large bowl to mix your ingredients in and a small loaf pan to cook it in. I use the disposable aluminum pans for easy portion control and a quick clean up afterwards.
Strat by placing the ground turkey, onions and peppers in the bowl.
I add my spices which include paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, a dash of salt and ground black pepper.
Add the worcestershire sauce and one egg and work the spices through the meat mixture with your hands or a large spoon or fork. Add your grated parmesan cheese. This adds flavor and removes the excess moisture from your meat. The amount of parmesan you add depends on how moist or dry your meat mixture looks and feels. You should be able to form a patty or loaf without the mixture coming apart. If the the mixture is still too wet add more grated parmesan.
Then add the meat to the loaf pan and pat down into a loaf. Place your loaf pan on a baking sheet and place in a 350 degree oven for approximately 35-45 minutes.
You will able to tell the meatloaf is done by the color and you will see the clear juices bubbling around the edges of the meatloaf.
During the last 5 minutes of cooking you can glaze the top of your meatloaf with the ketchup if desired.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mixing really well with your hands or a fork.

RE:
How do you make turkey meatloaf? I have 1lb of turkey?

It is made the same way as a regular meatloaf but be certain it is well cooked within. There can be no "medium" cooked turkey loaf! Also, to prevent it drying out, as turkey has the tendency to do, use one less egg than you normally would. Otherwise it's about the same, except the flavor!

My award winning recipe.

TURKEY MEATLOAF

1 pound ground turkey
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms (optional)
1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
2/3 cup ready-to-serve creamy tomato soup, divided
1/4 cup ketchup, divided
1/4 cup barbeque sauce, divided
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, divided
chili powder to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a bowl, mix the turkey, eggs, mushrooms, bread crumbs, soup mix, 1/3 cup creamy tomato soup, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce, and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Mold the mixture into a loaf shape, and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with chili powder.

In a separate bowl, mix the remaining creamy tomato soup, remaining ketchup, remaining barbeque sauce, and remaining Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.

Bake loaf 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Top with the sauce, and continue baking 15 minutes, to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Hope this helps!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU7Pp

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
