You should delete this message now. It contains way too many personal information.

Contact the carrier, who-ever it is. If you don't know who's delivering, ask the sender what method was used.

are you counting weekends in your days calculation??? when they say 5-7 days, they mean business days which is Monday through Friday not counting postal holidays. It is also coming from Laos, so I'd give it a bit more time than 11 days. International mail is fickle!

good luck!

Check to see what carrier it is with. You should then be able to go onto their website to track it. All the big carriers have this facility. I worked for two of these companies, however, and know that even if it was booked express, even they don't always provide the service they promise.

Contact the US Postal Service for advice.

Also, contact the Department of Commerce or the Drug Enforcement Administration if the matter is appropriate.

It depends upon what parcel service company that was used to deliver it. You (or whomever mailed it) would need to contact that Post Office or Parcel company for that information with the # you attached here.
