do you get sick / feel sick to your stomach a lot? I know it is a side effect but I was just wondering if it is normal to feel it all the time!

first off, 'YEAH FOR YOU". quitting is hard and i did it. so did my husband, he took chantix. he didn't mention that there was any side effects that he felt. but i heard that those are some mentioned on the commercial. maybe take it with food and lots of water. good for you, dont' be to hard on your self if you slip a time or two. just remember how hard it is to do it, and then you won't want to go through it again and won't pick one up. YEAH!

I never got sick but man those dreams are wild :)). Thanks to Chantix I've been smoke free for almost 4 months ( I smoked for 31 years ) . I didn't do the whole three months because of the dreams , it got to a point where I didn't know if I was awake or sleeping . After the first month of the drug I knew I was ready to stop for good. Good luck and remember you need to eat something before you take the pill , that should ease up the nausea . I wish you the best, each day without smoking makes it easier...

My husband was so sick every day all day he quit taking it. Yes, that is a side effect. I am going to try to take it. But, even with all the side effects, those far outweight the risks if i keep smoking. Eat with meals, Full Meals and I also have heard to eat smaller meals more often rather then 2 or 3 regular sized meals. Good Luck!!

I only feel sick if I don't eat before I take the pill. My husband says he feels sick all the time. ( I don't think he is really ready to quit!)

According to the directions, you're supposed to take it with food. I guess it means a whole meal, because I tried taking it after eating a snake cake, an orange, or something light, it upset my stomach. So I guess if your stomach is upset, I'd say to eat more with it.
BTW-how do you like your dreams?
