what Ive found to be good are those green kitchen sponges with a scourer on one side use with warm soapy water and for more stubborn bits use a scraper placing it flat against the tile and you wont scratch it

A really sharp tool (chisel or razor blade in holder) held at an angle should do the job if you mean spots.
If all over, then scrubbing and dry polishing will help.

Try soft scrub it is supposed to be good on surfaces that scratch easily...........Put it on and let it set a while first...Then proceed to wash it off....You may need to scrub a little but it should not scratch...Use a sponge to scrub..Good Luck
