UHT doesn't need refrigeration. I am sure this is an over reaction on your part. Governments and parties throw ideas around all the time, and very few of them result in anything, and this is one of them.
Surely creating the heat uses fuel?!?!?

UHT and sterilized milk just does not taste the same.
