Kid, you're still in your childhood. Tell your parents that you need help. If they don't listen, tell a teacher or someone you can trust. If you don't take care of this now, it will get worse.

1. Stop cutting. My boyfriend did this when he was a little younger, and now he regrets it...a lot. When you see scars it reminds you of the bad times, even though the blood may make you think of the good times. But scars are for life, not for just a while.
2. Get help. Talk to a school counselor or even your favorite teacher. Or even if there's another adult in your life you really love and you can easily talk to them.
3. Try to fill up your life. Dont spend time worrying about what happend, just enjoy your life now. Go into sports or join band or something that could occupy your time. It'll give you less time to think about what happend when you were little.
4. Don't worry, I can barely remeber anything from when i was that young. I can barely remeber what it was like to be 13, and im 15.
5. Relax, dont stress out, there's always people you can talk to, I find taking a nice warm bubble bath with candles for light to be super soothing when im stressed out.
Good Luck, you'll get better....just try not to worry, and think about the good things, maybe your dreams will even be better...

You have to see a therapist. The sooner, the better. Obviously, the memory is too painful and you pushed it out of your consciousness. Cutting just the start of all the different ways you could self-destruct. This won't go away with time. It can only get worse.
Get help right away. Talk to a therapist. If that doesn't help, talk to another one.
It will not be easy. It will be very painful. But when you make it through you will be on your way to becoming a resilient adult and you will be able to face anything.

It seems you have a real problem here to deal with.If you do not want to talk to your Mom or Dad about this go to a teacher at your school or to someone you REALLY trust. He/she might help you to find a way to solve your problem.Perhaps you have to go to see a doctor who is a psychiatrist. That´s nothing to be scared about. I promise, that kind of doctor will ONLY talk to you and nothing else. You have a right to have good memories of your childhood and I bet, there are a lot f things in your childhood that are worth to remember.
I wish you all the best!

If there is trauma in your past, you may be blocking your memories. Or, there may be a medical reason. I don't remember any of my past, much, either -- and I've been this way for a VERY long time. You need to go talk to somebody about what happened to you -- a teacher you like, a counselor, a minister if your family is religious. You need help and guidance, but the only way to get that is to let people KNOW that you need and want it. Good luck.

No, it's not bad that you're not remembering your childhood.I don't remember all the things that happened to me when I was younger so don't worry about it.Wow, that's alot to handle.Well first of all, did you ever talk to your mom after this happened? If you didn't you need to.You should talk to your parents, and if they aren't able to help talk to your doctor, a family member you can trust,or a therapist.Don't make your resolution cutting yourself. It's just hurting you even more. You need to talk to someone, you can't just keep holding this in.This is alot to handle and at your young age, it's really hard to handle it even more.So just find someone that you can trust and talk to them.I hope this really helped you.

TALK TO YOUR MOTHER OR SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST! And do it fast. You need counseling and the scumbag that took advantage of you needs to go to jail. You need to stop cutting yourself. What happened is not your fault. You were little and didnt have the judgement you needed to stop the abuse.
Good Luck

Well my brother couldn't either. And I mean a month after things happened and he is a succesful business man.Do I think it is unusual? Yes. There are events in life , and at a young age that are so traumatic, either you forget them completely or they haunt you. Might want to go to the library and get some books.

Dont worry too much about it, it was in the past... The most important thing you need to do is stop cutting! Depression can lead to cutting and cutting can lead to other things, so it's best to stop NOW!
