Booze kills your skin as well as your brain cells. Leaving makeup on to sleep is dreadful for it too. You want great skin? Cut out the rubbish and LOOK AFTER IT!!!!

Take your makeup off always.
Keep drinking all that water!!
Get some outdoor exercise - a brisk walk, jog, etc. Keeps the blood flowing.
And I know you said "no products", but honestly with the pollution and make up and such, a good exfoliator is necessary. The Thermal Polish from Olay is fantastic.
EDIT : Yes, the posters who said "Salmon" are correct. Tuna as well. Lots of antioxidants, etc..in both. But Salmon is the best.

For glowing skin you need a healthy diet, regular exercise and sunshine, not sunbathing but just being out in daylight. We get vitamin D from sunlight which is good for us.
I work for the body shop at home and our best products contain vitamin c and vitamin e so perhaps including foods in your diet which contain these vitamins might help.

Vitamin E. Coconut Oil if you cook or make your own dressings. Salmon. Keep up with your water. If you can't take makeup off, make sure you scrub your skin well at least twice a week with a good wash cloth, or face gloves or a loofa...etc. Good luck!

I assume by glowing you want healthy, not photoluminscent.
Soap, warm water and a wash cloth, buff gently, until squeaky clean... ooops, soap is a product.
Lose the makeup altogether, and get a decent night's sleep every night.
Your skin will reflect your lifestyle.

That's easy. Try adding 0.5 liters of water more. Make time to take your makeup off and find time to sleep (eg. naps) and most of all...exercise, will really help.
