Seamus is correct. I have changed my diet around completely over the last year and a half. Besides adding different exercise into the mix (I started an aerobic kickboxing class) i also took my meals down a bit.

I eat my breakfast (which i try to leave carbs out of). I then eat a snack of yogurt or a granola bar mid morning. Lunch will usually contain a proportionate size of food. I will have a cup of pasta with 2 tablespoons of sauce or something like that. I also make sure i bring an apple or some fruit with me. I drink nothing but water or hot tea. Then i get home and eat my dinner around 6:30 or 7:00. I make sure i don't eat anything , especially carbs, after 8:00. I am not on a Carbfree diet or anything, i just know that in order to lose the weight i want to, i should cut some of it out.

You really have to do your research and understand what food does to your body, try and make things fresh so that your not prone to ingesting preservatives and all of that junk.

Switch up your exercise routine also. Your body can get used to the same thing after a while and needs different movements. Good Luck!

I am a mother of three and my last pregnancy was twins and gained 75lbs, I lost 30 at birth but could not get the rest off. I needed to lose another 60 just to be in healthy range. I have now lost forty in about 6 months time and I have been using a supplement called Orovo. I did some research and it also helps with acne and wrinkles, I have adult acne but wrinkles are not yet an issue. I have a myspace site of my family if you would like to email me privately and see the before and after pictures. It is not a bad price and I can keep up with the twins! It does not give you that jittery feeling most diet supplements do and since my husband is currently stationed out of the country I need all the extra energy I can get. Do some research you will see, it is an amazing product, all of my friends are using it, and seeing great results. Good luck and email me for any other information.

Daily(yes, daily cardio exercise) is so important when you are trying to speed up your metabolism. Eating many small meals often and making sure you do not go a long time without eating anything, this will slow down your metabolism. Make sure you get a good breakfast each morning. This will give you energy during the day and prevent you from overeating during lunch. What I like to do is get lots of those little frozen diet meals so I can just grab one and take it to work or have one when I'm home if i dont have time to cook.

Well I have got to say first and primary.. Do no longer evaluate this lady for your "ex"in any respect, form or style. I realize that's less complicated stated than performed..:o).. As some distance as the burden obstacle is going.. You have got to check if it a wellness obstacle, or is it a 'appears' obstacle with you. I agree guys are very visible in all facets in their like and relationships are not any distinct. Is she dressing to intensify the positives of her 'curvy' frame or is she simply dressed in apparel that does not flatter her determine as so much? This could be a large factor even for you, as this is a visible detail. Does she have the power to move out and do the matters you prefer now? If no longer, then that's a large courting quandary altogether.. Is she cozy with herself? Has she consistently had the burden? If so, then what attracted you to her to start with, and why now has it grow to be an obstacle (probably a 'pal' stated some thing??)?? You must check the 'why' then you'll transfer into 'how' to deal, as every why can have one other 'how'..
