I chased my little sister with a butcher knife and she tattled on me. I got whipped. I shot her in the butt with a BB gun and she tattled on me again. I got whipped again. Then, I beat her up and she tattled on me again and I got whipped again.
Do what I did, I moved out of the house. She quit tattling on me then.

Some evening when your parents are in a good mood, ask them if they have a moment to listen to something you need to say. If they say yes and listen right then, be ready. If they say, "later" then wait. Ask if you can talk to them alone without your sister present (or eaves dropping) and let them know it's driving you crazy that your little sister tattles about everything and they don't seem to try to stop her. Ask for their help. It's worth a try, but it may not work because it could be they think the tattling is cute. If that's the case, then mock her and tattle right back. There'll be so much whining going on in that house there will probably be a ban on tattling. However, this tactic can backfire if your parents get too mad and punish you both.

What is the age of your little sister? Generally little sisters tattle to get attention. If you spend a little time with her each day or at least every few days, you will find her loyalty to you will be stronger. Having a little sister is tough, how ever they can be great allies if you play your cards right.

Stop doing stupid stuff in front of her where she can see you.
What kind of stuff is she 'tattling' for? If she is tattling because you are smoking - then good for her. If she is tattling cause you took an extra cookie out of the cookie jar - then your Mom should be smart enough to not care about that stuff. And should take that opportunity to teach your sister about when it is appropriate to 'tattle.'

Get her on your side. Make friends with her, give her attention and help her have fun at least once a day. Include her in things on a regular basis. You don't have to give her all your time, but just a little bit of fun every day. Once you have her involved, give her "secrets" to keep. Nothing important, just something fun. Think of something SHE would be embarrassed by, if it happened to her, and tell her it happened to you, and ask her not to tell anybody because you're embarrassed. Giggle a little when you tell her, so she can laugh at you. Well, good luck.

My kids are always tattling on each other. It drives us nuts as much as it drives them nuts. All kids do it. It is a phase that they have to go through. The best thing you can do is try not to let her see you do anything that you might get in trouble for.

you may desire to inform the mummy quickly! The little lady can extremely get harm; she's being bodily and mentally abused. via fact which you do no longer probably shield the sister it would possibly no longer count number if she gets mad at you. you could help the undesirable little lady out of the unfavorable difficulty she's in!

You have to teach her to keep secret's it takes time but you can do it. The more she feels she's your friend the more comfortable she will feel with keeping your secrets. She only tells on you because she knows that it upset's you. or maybe she like to see you in trouble but if you too become the best of friends she will keep your secret's. Start by being nice to her and doing nice things.
