I believe that it's entirely possible that there is a God, but also that it's entirely possible there isn't.
It's sounds black and white, but it isn't, and it shouldn't be. Cutting yourself completely off from one concept or the other seems wrong.
I realize that I'm a single human being on this planet floating in the vastness of space, and despite what so many people insist I should do, I don't believe in the words printed in holy books stewarded by other human beings with their own frailties, faults and agendas.
I want to see first-hand what I am to believe. Since I can't see what exists on the other side of our solar system, let alone the other side of the universe, I can't assume I know everything about everything.
We all have achieved cozy scientific familiarity with our planet and the world around us but we haven't explored all there is to explore, until that happens I don't believe we can say one way or the other with certainty.

The Nicene Creed:
I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible:
And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Only-begotten, Begotten of the Father before all ages, Light of Light, True God of True God, Begotten, not made; of one essence with the Father, by whom all things were made:
Who for us men and for our salvation came down from the heavens, and was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary, and became man;
And was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and suffered and was buried;
And rose again on the third day, according to the Scriptures;
And ascended into the heavens, and sitteth at the right hand of the Father;
And shall come again, with glory, to judge both the living and the dead, Whose kingdom shall have no end.
And in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Giver of Life, Who proceedeth from the Father, Who with the Father and the Son together is worshiped and glorified, Who spoke through the Prophets;
In One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church.
I acknowledge one Baptism for the remission of sins.
I expect the Resurrection of the dead,
And the life of the age to come, Amen.
I believe in this because it is a firm foundation to build my relationship with God on, and to live my life the way he wants.

I believe that "faith" is simply believing something because someone told you to, without evidence to support that belief. I believe that if we are going to use evidence and verification to believe all other things in our world, then we should do the same with religion, mythology and god. Otherwise you are being a hypocrite.

I believe that Jesus is Lord, that He is the Son of God, that He died, was buried, and rose from the dead. That He is now sitting at the right hand of God the father. That He will come back to earth someday and we who are His will be with Him for eternity. Because I am a Christian and the Bible tells me so, and I accept it by faith.

I believe in whatever makes sense to me... don't we all do this?
With everything I know, I don't believe Christianity makes sense on any level. That is my country's religion (U.S.)... so when I left that faith, I was basically left with atheism... which is how I would best describe my understanding of this world.

I believe in the strength of my ancestors, and the strengths I have built within myself through my on-going relations with them.
Courage, honor, loyalty, self-control, responsibility... all of these (and more) create a solid foundation that keeps my mind and spirit strong.

I am Atheist....it is not a religion but more like faith. I'm this way because I feel there is no evidence of God or Jesus. I see no proof....all I see is other people believing in him simply because they were taught or raised to do so....

Well I believe that there was a higer being who made evolution happen, and you go to a little place to meet your friends and family after you die and are then reincarnated.
So I'm kinda pagan I guess.

I'm SubGenius, although not yet an ordained minister.
Why? Because unlike "serious" religions, The Church of the SubGenius doesn't take it too... seriously.
And unlike most of the other parody religions, some of their concepts actually make sense.
So...
Praise "Bob"!
