Never EVER put any type of plastic in the microwave. This includes plastic wrap and containers. Plastics soak in radiation and transfer it to the food. Also, cover whatever food you put in with either a glass cover or a paper towel. Microwave popcorn is BAD because of all the cancer causing carcinogens in it. Overall, try to heat things up in the oven or on the stove whenever possible.

This is like asking "How do I control nicotine exposure when I smoke to my body."

Hey, if you are worried about it, just don't smoke.

Try to eat healthy and fresh food, if not cover your food, example put it in a little pot and cover it, but don't lock the cover, just put it over, or cover it with a plastic foil! I do that.

Would you guys please, pretty please, please, please answer this questions?!? :)
