You shouldn't eat the same thing everyday, because to much of anything can and will kill you.
Just stick with a hardy breakfast, and eat plenty of fruits and vegtables. Eat lean meats if you are not an vegitarian. Drink plenty of water and a glass of milk , daily.

Keep this in mind: the more whole and less processed the food is, the better. An apple? Great. A complete meal in a box? Terrible. Eat a lot of fruits, veggies and whole grains. When you eat meat, make sure it's lean meat, and opt for fish whenever you can. Eat lots of legumes, and opt for low fat dairy. To get foods like this, only shop on the outside aisles of the grocery store. The middle ones are full of processed crap. Except the cereal aisle--get a good high fiber, high protein cereal to have in the mornings. Or oatmeal, if you like hot breakfasts.

yea last sam has it right!! haahaa
but if you cant then how aobut a green leafy salad with rice vinagar dressing, yummy and get multi vits that are in capsel form as they WILL desolve better and get absorbed in your system better than the hard ones which some times do not disolve andpass right thru you, a good b-complex and vit c with mupltiples is good enough to give you energy take care of your teeth and make you feel healthyer!
and who cares about your spelling I cant spell either so dont pay a tention to that nardhead!

woteva takes ya fancy....you can eat anything in moderation... everyday you should have in ya diet....fibre, sugar, salt, carbs small amount of fat and plenty of water.
What do I know....I start my day with a banana n coffee then drink about 2ltrs of diet coke throughout the day then have a well balanced evening meal.....
I'm not the best person to ask really !!!!!!!!!!

u should definetely eat whole weat bread, meats like chicken, steak, and beef - stay away from snacking as much as possible - and get ur daily dose of excercise
