I like all three, but shrimp is my favorite. That's because I'm very fond of shrimp, and I think they go well with the lo mein noodles. But try them all and judge for yourself.

beef or chicken, shrimp lo mein doesnt taste all that well and it seems really bland. but hey might as well buy all 3 they are only 30 cents each.

Chicken lo mein because it taste good and pretty healthty as long as you don't eat to much.

Shrimp! Delicious!! I'm not much of a meat eater, so thats why I would pick shrimp.
