There are several new problems arising with the big bang theory.
1. The age of the Universe
2. No central point of expansion
Both of these issues are making our understanding of the beginning of our Universe more difficult that once connived. However, it does not matter if it (big bang) is right or not because it did have a beginning with intent.

How about cosmic background radiation from the initial big bang? How about the red shifting of galaxies indicating they are moving away from us, consistant with the expansion of the universe? What exactly do you want to know? Do you actually believe in a universe younger then billions of years when we have light traveling from distances far enough that it would take billions of years to get here?

The "big bang" was a term used to describe an enormous explosion theorised to be responsible for the current arrangement of matter throughout the universe.
Ok, due to the fact there was no atmosphere or anything to transfer the sound it is in theory silent.
It has a dodgey name no big deal.

It depends on where you set the volume control on your television. I usually set the volume for the Big Bang Theory slightly lower than I set it for How I Met Your Mother, but that's just personal preference.
What a moronic question.

The Big Bang theory is not a matter of belief, it is established scientific fact.

The only reason there was no "bang" was the lack of a medium to carry the sound of the explosion. Technically, there was a bang, it just wasn't carried anywhere.

The bang you refer to was more of an expansion than an explosion.
