There was an in-depth documentry done on racing's biggest names in NASCAR. I can't remember the exact name of it, but I remember this question specifically. I had wondered the same thing.

As it was explained, the firesuits have a built-in 'baggie' of sorts. when the racer suits up, he can have the 'baggie' attached to his/her goods so that during a race, if one has to urinate, they can easily relieve themselves in a sanitary manner. It's quite a smiliar system to what astronauts have in their spacesuits.

Some racers, as I also was lead to understand, will purposely fast and not eat or drink anything before a race as a means to ensure that their system is 'clean'. If they drink during a race, chances are that they won't have to go until right afterwards.

Regardless, they do have the issue of 'going'...it's just one that rarely gets addressed.

Is This Really A Question? How Long Have You Gone With Out Needing To Pee?
Unless They Have Bladder Problems, I`m Sure It`s Not A Problem.

well i know most of the drivers try to go before the race..but at times they just have to hold it...im sure they dont crap there pants..lol..but i have heard of ( back in the day ) that they just pee and deal with it..but 90 % of the time the drivers lose so much water weight during the race that they dont have to go..iv heard that they loose up to 10 lbs of water weight a race..thats why the drivers go in and have iv's run into them to put the fluids in their system ..that way they dont have as much fluids setting on there bladder during the races..thats all i can give ya bud..good question..hope i answered it for ya

If nature calls, they just go. Driving is usually hot and tiring so most drivers sweat profusely. This reduces the build up of urine in the bladder. As for the other, they go before they leave the house.

Usually they don't.
But one time Tony Stewart was ill and had to make a run to change before enjoying Victory Lane.

Well this is hard to explain, but I shall try!
They have a hole in the seat of their suit. Their seat has a hole in it connected to a pipe that runs threw the floorboards!
I know you can see where this is going? The pipe has a flap in it connected to a lever on the left side of the seat!
They are only allowed to use this mechanism under caution
and must pull down on to the apron of the track before releasing the dump valve! That's why you will sometimes see a car drop down on the apron under caution for seemingly no reason!
At times you will see the track crews out there with shovels.
I couldn't find anything about the toilet paper issue?
Hope this helps!
