Im trying out for this big show my school puts on every year and i need an easy song to sing from the 50s, 60s, or 70s...

There are lots of folk songs that were popular then that are very easy to sing. You could search YouTube for Peter, Paul & Mary videos and I'm sure you'd find something.

Some Beatles songs are pretty easy to sing. Their earlier songs are really short and easy!

I just performed in a 60's show, and I sang 'Leader of the Pack', and 'I got you Babe'. (Just a suggestion, if you wear a long wig to portray Cher, make sure it's on securely. Mine slid off 3/4 of the way through the song.)

I like the Beatles. They are well known and some of their songs are very repetitious and therefore easy to learn.
