Thats normal, they usually throw up when they need to. Sometimes more than others, sometimes less than others.

So your cat is furry? You have to groom/comb her more often.I think combing cats with long fur is a MUST at least every other day. You can prevent a cat from throwing up so much by adding dry food with so called "hairball control".My cat loves Chicken from IAMS. On the other side, throwing up hairballs is pretty normal. If you´re still concerned ask your vet.

It's fairly typical, as long as it's a hairball. Try getting a food that reduces hairballs (it doesn't have to be extremely expensive, just something indicated for such). Also, if you brush her more often, she will shed less hair when she grooms. As a veterinary student I have plenty of friends with hair-bally cats and they're all perfectly healthy.

Actual fur coming up is ok, the cat is getting the wad out of their stomach. Usually this happens during the summer shed or the winter shedding times. Even brushing some cats daily won't keep enough hair out of their stomachs so you're going to see some stuff coming up.

With a cat that's throwing up fluid or half digested food but no hair, that's when you need to pay attention to what's being upchucked.

How often do you want to clean up kitty puke?? How often would you like to throw up?? Seriously.... I would groom the cat a bit more often and possibly switch her food to a high quality cat food specially formulated to help with fur balls. You should really take her to a vet and get her checked if she's done this frequently.
