My brother out of the blue calls me and says he met a girl 2 weeks ago and now she's pregnant. What's worse is the idiot believes her and thinks it's his. (Do the math.. they first had sex a week ago) It's not possible for her to be having symptoms so early! Anyways she insists on getting to know me and.. He just told me this today!! To buy me time I said let me soak in the news and give me a call when she knows for sure she's pregnant. He wants me to be her friend and all buddy with her... but I just want to yell at her and call her a conniving little slut for trying to trick my little brother. He says since he got her pregnant, he's going to marry her. Get this the girl is 6 yrs his senior with 4 kids already...UGH!!!. So I just told him not to do anything rash. Just be careful.. but what I really wanted to say is, "what are you a moron?..you don't know this girl! She may be pregnant from someone else and trying to pin it on you. Should I say what's on my mind.. or let him find out?

Just let things go for awhile and really let him find out if she's pregnant. Maybe she told him this based on missing her cycle rather than actually knowing for sure. While two weeks is literally the cut off but, it would actually be possible if she was ovulating and they had sex at that time. You may also be right that she's trying to fool him into taking care of her and her children. Either way this is something your brother's going to have to decide for himself. He may need to have another family member or friend who is older that he respects talk to him about the likelihood that this isn't his child, that he might be misled and making sure he ascertains whether he is the father by means of genetic testing. Taking advice of this type from one's sibling may not work since your life experience is similar to his own in years and situations and he may not value your opinion as much in these circumstances. The soonest he would be able to establish paternity would be when she's ten weeks pregnant. Here's a link about paternity testing in utero:

you need to tell him to get a DNA test for sure
4 kids is allot of baggage.
your brother sounds sweat and this girl probably gave him the f&*( and blow of his life so now he is hooked
the one thing you should not do is be mean or seem mad
yes talk to your brother but still be there for him
if you come across like queen b then they might stop talking to you and you will no nothing

Say what's on your mind!! You don't want your brother to sign a birth certificate saying he's the dad if he's not. Once he puts his name on that birth certificate, she can get him for child support. Tell him to have a paternity test taken. He needs to stop and step back and sensibly look at the situation. Your opinion may help him to see things more rationally!

well, if he is that stupid i don't know whether u yelling at him will do any help. i mean it is like a comedy story, u might write a movie script based on it and get rich. let him do whatever he wants, u can't help him, if a person is dead it is for a long time, but if a person is stupid it is forever

Before he gets married---have a DNA test done on the baby. Then act accordingly.

You have to get this cleared and help your brother out if this is what it is,ask for a DNA and tests like this...dont be quite,speak up and get this issue fixed,goodluck!!
