Swiss, or I consider there may be one referred to as Baby Swiss(?), and I cherished it. "Back-in-the-day" I as soon as attempted Roquefort cheese, and it was once WONDERFUL!! Of path, you need to like robust cheeses, and I'm no longer speaking approximately Bleu Cheese, that is a robust imposter.
