i connect on my receiver a second TV and i get black picture.i put a splitter on my first TV and then connect to the second and i get not good quality picture.what i will need to improve the quality of the picture on second TV and what if i want to connect and third TV?

If you can get a good picture on each of the TVs by connecting directly, without the splitter, then you need to put an amplifier before the splitter to make up for the loss through the splitter. You can also use an amplified splitter that will combine both functions into one unit. You need an amplifier gain of approximately 3.5 dB per splitter port (whether the port is actually used or not).

Use a three way splitter. Or add another two way between one of the cables.
