You have to make the first move. Make it a dramatic one too. If he's too spooked to go for that first move, sit on his lap, grab him by the back of the neck, and just lay one on him like he wouldn't believe. If he's too scared to kiss back, or if he pushes away, he doesn't like you enough to be with you.

ethier give him hints u want him to kiss u or make the first move. most boys find that flattering i mean it isnt the 19th century here grls can make the first move also. kiss him good. lol best of luck,

you just have to be brave and make the move yourself. he probably thinks you arent ready for him to kiss you. prove to him that you are ready. good luck!
