None of the interior lights in my '98 Grand Caravan come on when I open any of the doors (including truck).

I can turn them on manually by pressing the individual light or turning them all on with the dash control but not by opening the door. Any thoughts on what would be causing this issue and how to repair it?

Thank You,
-Jim

You're interior lamps are controlled by the body computer through a ground at the door switches. The dome lamp switch at the head lamp switch is a direct ground to the lights. You probably have a problem with a circuit going to the computer or the body computer itself. The dealer can use the DRB to turn the lights on and off by command to the body computer and see if it is the computer or a circuit or a ground from the computer to the lamps.

I have a similar problem with my 96 grand caravan. My interior lights won't come on when I open my drivers side door. Check all fuses...if they are good, it maybe something that isn't worth putting the money into fixing.
