Over the past year or so i can feel this sort of.. i dont know dead skin or dirt building up on my nose every day. I shower every morning, change my bedsheets every 2-4 days and wear new clothes every day.

I can sit here now and get my jumper, roll it down the side of my nose and see little bits of skin, my nose is rough and very moist. It only seems to be around my nose area though, no where else! I do have long-ish hair but i wash and condition every morning.

Anyone know what this is?

I would try using some biore strips once a week and also getting a good, but gentle exfoliating face wash to use everyday. (Good ones to try are St. Ives apricot scrub or Burt's Bee's exfoliating peach scrub.) Follow with a good moisturizer and you should be ok. You can also keep some of those powder paper blotters in your purse or backpack to dab the area in the middle of the day. Everyone's skin changes as they age. I often get dry areas during certain times of the year. With some experimentation, you should be able to control it yourself. Otherwise, go see a dermatologist. GL

BTW - picking at it and drying it out too much may cause it to get worse as your oil follicles will work overtime.

its probably from oily skin depending on how old you are, your skin is probably getting oiler. you should probably wash you face seperatey from the shower. and after you wash your face use and astrigent like one for acne (nutrogena is good noxzeema, clean and clear ect.) this will got the excess dirt and buildup from off of your face. you should use it every day especially around your nose. I used to have the same problem, but it went away after doing this.

Get Aveeno on an usual basis Face Moisturizer and positioned it around your nostril once you wash your face. there is likewise an Aveeno on an usual basis Scrub face wash with exfoliating beads which will help. and you need to bathe your face two times on an usual basis, once you awaken and earlier you flow to mattress.
