Even if he were, as you say, I think dropping a deuce would hinder sexual amusement.

In maximum jurisdictions, if all and sundry "peeps" over/below/for the period of the parameters of the "stall"... and those parameters theoretically strengthen to the ceilings and flooring... then the guy is violating your privateness, or vice versa. And have faith it or no longer... this is prohibited! regardless of if somebody innocently passes you some rest room paper below the stall because you're out and characteristic even asked for some from all and sundry around, it quite is technically a violation of privateness! I comprehend that some restrooms are infamous for illicit habit, and there are even web pages "recommending" them (YUCH!), while you're in any doubt of your ideal to privateness, use a stall (women folk, of direction have not any such selection!), and your privateness is LEGALLY INSURED. Have a well mannered day.

It is a public restroom if you don't like the company stay at home.
You know what I find hysterical is that guys like you are always like the most dog ugly, unkempt people that ever lived and you are worried about some uber hot gay guy standing next to you.
Believe me when I tell you MOST of us are not in the least bit interested in some uptight, bigoted, homophobe like yourself. Keep your distance and we'll keep ours.

And to think some people shower after football.
Seriously I have been to the gym and been in the shower with other men present.
If it was tiny I would be worried, but I really wouldn't care if a homosexual saw my bits. As long as he doesn't start making sexually orientated comments I will survive.

First, did he announce to the whole bathroom that he was gay upon walking in? How do you know anything about this stranger's sexuality?
Second, why do so many straight people think all gays are out to hit on them and look at them or in other way violate them?

It's questions like this that throw us right back into the '60's.
If you don't want to be exposed to homosexuals, I suggest you stay walled up in your home and never leave.
Come to think of it, that might be the best idea overall. I'm not sure many homosexuals want to be exposed to you either.

Gay people are not sexual predators, pedophiles, or rapists they are just people. Anyone walking into the bathroom could be gay. So the next time you're in there be wary of all people. They can be queers in disguise.

I understand the concern, as I am somewhat of a homophobe also, but seriously how would you be able to enforce a rule/law like that. There is no way of knowing 100% if a person is homosexual unless physically catching them in the act.

I suppose then that you wouldn't mind your taxes increasing to pay for toilets just for Gay men?
Seriously grow up and deal with it. Gay people have enough **** to deal with without people trying to force them to take a leak in a separate place.

So, gay people are supposed to wear yellow stars (or something similar) for your convenience?
*snicker*
Sorry, but the logistical problems of your plan are just too crazy.
EDITED TO ADD: I also see that your other versions of this question have been deleted. I wonder why?

"When we are exposed especially while doing our buisness we should be feel safe that our privacy will not be violated."
It wouldn't be a "public" restroom if you get privacy.
