peoples sexual conduct? "THE DEVIL HAS TAKEN IT AND DISTORTED IT (MARRIAGE COVENANT) TO SEXUAL IMMORALITY,GAY MARRIAGES,HIS MOTTO IS IF IT FEELS GOOD DO IT" bad sexual conduct started with Adam and eve and went from there. look how many wives men had in Biblical times, there was nothing wrong with it at all. God blessed many of them. people want to act like it the devils fault, like its just been since the 70's we have had bad sexual conduct, why cant you see its not just today its been forever, its the church who decided it was bad?

no, I am not looking for a exuse here, I just dont understand it. I see nothing wrong with having sex outside of marriage as long as its not with a different person every week, or month. I have had 3 seriouse relationships in my life, one lasted 7 years another 2 years and another 3 years.

You have allowed him to decieve you thinking sex outside of marriage is ok its not and he always starts with our thoughts and when we chose to act on them then we are playing in his program and opening the door for him to take control, just because he give us ungodly thoughts does not mean you have to act on them, this is how he has decieved many, you are responsible for the choices you make so make some good ones and study to show yourself approved and the truth shall set you free and you will not rely on people for your answers you will rely on Gods truth,The devil is responsible for sexual immorality for people thru their thoughts and lust of their flesh opened that door thru his deception, and thats why this world is screwed up everyone bought his line of garbage if it feels good do it and if they did not we would not have adultery, fornication, gay marriages,or shacking up together, now you do the math be blessed I really hope you find the truth and except it and change your life it will get rid of all that confusion.

Well see what the devil has done to you he has tricked you in believing sex outside of marriage is OK.Please read Ephesians 5:3-4 and after wards look up the word fornication. If you are a believer in Jesus Christ and not a defender of Satan you should see the truth. We can't just take our own believes and think they are right we have to justify them with God's word. May God Bless You.

Why do you put rules on it? All sex outside of marriage should be fine for you, don't put rules on it about 1 person or 2 people or whatever then question other rules. That doesn't make sense, either go for it one hundred percent or not at all.
In answer to your question though, people like to blame the Devil for the problem in a broad sense while each individual case is blamed on the participants. At least that's what it seems like to me. Personally, I think everyone is to blame for everything, lol.

what the devil represents is the active force of life within us, our "animal instincts" if you will. (see the 7 deadly sins each one is a natural biological reaction)
the devil is the "lord of the gates of matter" or "the earth is his dominion"
In classic medeival ignorance the romans anthropomorphized this concept into the "devil" which was really just the old pagan god Pan/Bacchus
People used to enjoy life,love/sex etc...
If people aren't miserable then they're not going to go to church to get their spiritual "fix" (which is "you think you got it bad? Look at so and so's story in the bible")
so add a little misery to people's lives, throw in a little guilt when they try to escape, and then a dash of comparative misery one upmanship and voila you have a recipe for "modern religion"
the devil made me do it, marilyn manson made me do it
eminem made me do it, a video game made me do it, they are all the same excuse just pick your devil....

So the church decided something was bad, and theres something wrong with the church having rules...and thats your arguement? If you dont want to believe in god and the bible, thats fine, a lot of people dont. But theres no need to argue it. The bible doesnt have anything against polygamy no, that was introduced many hundreds of years ago by the europeans to settling recurring problems. The bible certainly does have something against innappropriate sexual conduct. And I completely understand thats not going to get anywhere in this section. Either you believe in the bible, or you don't. According to the bible, it was God who deemed the acts immoral, he destroyed a great city in the defense of human morality in this respect.

a lot of Christians always blame the devil for their problems and actions to make it look like it wasn't their fault and feel better. they cant fess up to what they did wrong and blame it on some guy in hell. they should really think about being responsible

Um...just answered a question about this...so I'll just say this... The devil is merely a scapegoat. People are responsible for all their actions. It's easier to create a bogeyman than own up to the pain or hurt you cause. It's human nature to be weak, and look for the easy way out (with a few exceptions).

It's rather convenient, isn't it, to have an all-purpose scapegoat? Especially if you ignore that any alleged all-powerful monotheistic entity would have had to create such a devil in the first place.
It's all about avoiding responsibility and demonizing (literally) anyone who is different. Pathetic, actually.

The devil has many helpers and has misled many. The church did not decide polygamy and premaritial sex was wrong, Jesus taught that it was (Mark 10:6-9).
