This doesn't really seem like a Chinese name to be.
It is Shi2nan2 (two rising tones) which is basically the word for a plant called the "Taiwan phoebe", "ericoid" or the "Rhodedendron hymenanthes Makino var. pentamerum Makino".
I am not native Chinese but this name seems very odd.
Normally the first and second names have their own meanings and people aren't just called one word and such a rare one at this .

Its hard to find a translator that translates characters like that. If its a direct translation of your name in Chinese, then I guess that would be your first and last name, but other than that, you'd have to consult an actual dictionary.

I get "Chinese photinia" when I put it into babelfish.altavista.com translation site.
If you asked the web site to give you your "Chinese name" I suspect what you get is a mish-mash of characters. "Your name" typically becomes a collection of words that sounds phonetically close to your English name.
(Sort of like, to pick a name, "Charlie Jackson" might become the words "Cha-lee-ja-soon" which might even translate as nonsense, like "turn tea shoe rice"). Babelfish is doing the best it can...
