NO carbs? There are all kinds of good vegetables, so those recipes would be easy to find, or even to just think up yourself. Try adding sliced almonds to steamed broccoli or some other green vegetable. Or walnuts to another. Steam some broccoli, add olive oil mixed with a touch of butter and fresh, crushed garlic.

There are also healthy carbs, which we actually all need in our diets. I make my stuffing with my own whole wheat herb stuffing mix. I also buy organic turkey to keep it healthier. I don't use, serve or eat white potatoes as they are empty carbs... NO nutritional value. But I do bake sliced sweet potatoes, coated in olive oil and sprinkled on both sides with finely chopped rosemary. It's a very healthy, nutritious side dish, even though it's carbs. Those get baked at 450 deg. until browned a bit on both sides then I turn on the broiler for a minute or 2 to crisp them up a bit.
