I've enclosed my former porch & now have (3) 8' walls (14' x 20' x 14'), with (4) regular sized windows (2 at each corner), a small square hole for an A/C unit, & (1) set of sliding glass doors.
There is nothing fancy, I'll paint it when it's done, already been Tyveked, I want a smooth finish. Its a pretty straight forward box, a full crew should be able to get it done in under a day. I've gotten it up to the point where I'm ready to go out and get some qoutes to get it done.
I'm wondering if you know how much a job like this should cost approximately? I have no idea, and I want to make sure I know before I get my qoutes.

How much it would cost depends on whether it's done by a company as a regular job or by an installer doing a side job.

My neighbor has a retaining wall in front of his house and around about half of his front yard, maybe about 700 square feet total. He had some guys out stuccoing it (just the application of the stucco, no lath work) as a side job and they charged him about $1000. But, if they had to put up tar paper and wire lath, then the stucco, and then a color coat, he would probably be looking at more like $3000.
