A couple of hunters are out in the woods when one of them falls to the ground. He doesn't seem to be breathing, his eyes are rolled back in his head.
The other hunter whips out his mobile phone and calls the emergency services.
"My friend is dead! What can I do?" he gasps to the operator.
"Just take it easy, I can help. First, lets make sure he's dead" says the operator in a calm, soothing voice.
There is silence, then a shot is heard.
The guy's voice comes back on the line. He says: "OK, now what?"

The operator answers back, "Okay we got a problem on our hands. We can't get an ambulance to your location in the woods so you're going to have to carry your friend out to the highway. Hurry! we may still be able to save him."
The hunter hangs up and 20 minutes later meets the ambulance and crew.
"Is he gonna make it?" he gasps, spent from the long hike with his friend over his shoulder.
"He'd have a better chance if you hadn't guutted him first," came the reply form the paramedic
