How much different ( better or worse ) would Dale Jr's life be today if he was dealing with his biological mother instead of his stepmother?
Him and his sister Kelley's mother was Dale Sr's second wife, Brenda Gee, daughter of a well know Nascar car builder Robert Gee.
I just think dealing with your real mother would be easier!

Yes, his life would be easier, but I also think if his father was still around he would not have to make the decisions he has had to make. When Sr, died. I knew that things would never be the same for Jr. and DEI. If his biological mother was running things, Jr. would have a lot easier of a time dealing with everything. He would not be going to HMS, and he would have a lot more control of his Fathers team.

If Dale and Kelley were close to their biological mother, it would be somewhat different, but not much. It is hard on children when their parents divorce. Children seem to think it is their fault when it isn't. Daddy Or Mommy left them. The children did not leave the parents. Very emotional for them at that time. They both turned out to be good and honest people.

I agree with alot of what Tina said on this one....Things in life do happen for a reason...I'm sure if Dale Sr and Brenda had been together when he died, things could have been different...But theres nothing we can do about that now.. I wonder why Dale Sr had to die so way before his time every time I go to a race...then again, things happen for a reason..

R.I.P Dale Sr..you were taken from us well before your time.

The only difference I see would be his real mother might give him 51% of DEI then again she might not. Truth is, Teresa has for the most part been Jr's mother since he was a little boy. I believe Teresa is a smart woman and has made decisions which she feels were the right ones, and not necessarly the most popular ones. I believe Jr is better today because of Teresa.

...I really can't give you the answer you are looking for. I believe in God and I believe things happen in life for a reason.

...While there are all kinds of circumstances that could have taken place in anyone's life it's the lowest points and trials that makes us or breaks us. You either get stronger or you let it beat you.

...While Jr didn't get DEI he did gain his own racing organization backed by one of the best organizations (HMS) in the business. Also maybe DEI can be successful and bring Jeffery Earnhardt up as a rising star in the future.

...While Me, You, or Jr can never control every aspect of our lives things work out in the long run for a reason.

Your Mother is the one that raises you. It is more a state of mind thing as opposed to some sort of biological connection. He cried into her arms and called her mom...The Bonds that Bind are there.

I basically threw a cut back out away some month in the past. you may pass to any jiffy mart or liquior keep and that they are going to supply them away on the top of a merchandising. i might say no longer worth a lot.

You mean like his brother Kerry. Dealing with your real mother to me would be easier, even if you got along with your step mother.

It would have to be easier wouldn't it. Teresa has the problem of she thinks too much, have to keep what Dale had, not understanding what Dale would have wanted....

depends on how old he was, when he was seperated from his mother,I guess? I was raised by a step-FATHER,from age 3-18,and it seemed to work out,for the best !!!
I love my real mother with all my heart, but we have had our business differences...more than our share, and the business run's great !!!
