Both French and Dutch, in both cases the local version, are the main languages in Belgium.
As the Flemish (Dutch speaking) people have a better economic situation but are also better in learning languages there is now a problem with getting a new government,
It used to be that French was the more important language, but now they are officially equal.
German, which is spoken in a small part of the country, is also an official language, but has not much power in the county as a whole.

There is no language called Belgian.
