154 lbs? That's fine, as long as you're 6'2.

No weight can be too big for someones age, as all people have different builds. I know someone who is 14 but she weighs 9 stone already because she is so tall. However she is nice and slim.

In my eyes 10.5 isn't that heavy anyway. An average adult female should weigh around 8-10 stone anyway.

However, if you really aren't sure, ask your doctor to get your BMI measured. This takes everything - from your build, muscle thickness and organs- into account to give you a proper idea of what weight you with your build should be, and if you are too heavy or not.

You do not say how tall you are ! I am 5foot 4 and I am 9.3 but can go up to 10.5 which is keeping in the healthy range. Hope this helps.

it really depends on your height. If you're between 5ft 4 and say 5ft 10, it's fine. But don't forget.. at the risk of sounding patronising,..you're probably carrying a little puppy fat, maybe around your face and sides of your tummy, don't worry - that WILL go - i didn't believe anyone when i was 18, I'm 27 now and looking back..... they were right!!

Not enough information. How tall are you? What is your build? Are you slight like a runner/dancer, average frame, or big-boned? Answer these questions and we can give you an informed assessment.
