Sounds like you just wussed out. What a chump. You get an older woman to come over, you're talking about sexually explicit material, and you can't bring yourself to make a move. I guarantee she laughed at you once she got in the car to leave.

Sounds like a cougar to me. On paper, how you described it, you seem kind of dim to not make a move.
1. She gave you her number
2. She came over to your place
3. You talked about sexual stuff for a while
I know you say it may not have felt right, but she may have pulled back off the sexual topic because you failed to react fast enough for her to see it. All the signs were there (from what you described here anyways).

being friendly doesn't mean she wants you. she is 35 so she may appreciate you being direct with her and just tell her you are attracted to her sexually (use your own words though) and you wondered if she also felt the same. you could also date her instead of having her come over to your house so you can hope to get sex.
