in otherwords would todays woman athletes come close mens world records from 30 years ago

If you mean field athletics as well, technically you could say the Discus record is is longer at the moment for a woman. The women use a lighter one than the men.
If you mean running events only, possibly the Marathon but I am not certain.

Just a side bar - when Marion Jones set the new Olympic & World records to become the worlds fastest woman, her best time was slower than the minimum qualifying time for the Illinois High School Association Boys Track State Championship; and she had to use steroids to run that fast.

Not sure but Paula Radcliffe beat the 1958 world record for the Marathon with her world record - a bit out of your last 30 years though.

I'm not sure where exactly the line is right now, but women's swimming times have been coming down pretty quickly for the past 30+ years.
